Description

The Check-In module is a feature which can be integrated with other queuing and booking systems to enable patients to Check-In at the Digital Wayfinding Kiosks. Patients will be able to Check-In using their Medicare Card (magnetic swipe cards), QR Code, RFID (using tags or cards), Barcode, mobile number or unique code. This is a perfect solution for Hospitals, Medical Clinics and Medical Centres.

PATIENT CHECK-IN FEATURES

  • Check-In using different input devices such as RFID scanner, Barcode reader, QR code reader, onscreen numpad, magnetic card, mobile app (see Hospital Mobile App)
  • Integration with queuing, booking systems or other health systems such as Cerner
  • Display route destination to the patient’s appointment location
  • Display different status messages
  • SMS code verification to prevent unauthorised requests
