DIGITAL WAYFINDING DIRECTORY
We provided NSW Ministry of Health a custom digital wayfinding directory solution to display room booking information to replace an off the shelf solution that didn’t meet their needs and requirements. The custom solution integrated with EMS (Event Management System) using API calls and displayed the following:
- time of the event
- Name of the event
- meeting room name
- person who booked the room
The solution also needed to remove any pasts events from the list and display the master combo room rather than all the individual rooms that are part of the combo room.

- cloud-based and the software is built using the latest web technologies
- scalable to multiple devices
- ability to add marketing banners to greet important guests or showcase important events
- integration with third-party vendors using APIs
