With our Reception Desk Kiosk, your reception desk staff will now be able to show and guide visitors using our Digital Wayfinding solution. Adding that personal touch and conversation to the customer journey will relieve the stress from visitors who are either lost and don’t know where to go. We are also able to add different modules to our Digital Wayfinding solution such as Surveys and News so you will be able to get feedback as soon as your reception desk staff has finished helping the visitor. When integrated with other systems, the visitor will also be able to check in for their appointment, search for bus and train timetables and even order their coffee.
The unit comes with two LED strips (sides of the unit) that can be changed to the colours RED, BLUE and GREEN. Installation is simple, all you need is a bracket, a PoE network cable or Power Point. In addition, the unit has an NFC reader so visitors are able to tap and view content associated to their NFC tag. The possibilities are endless.
